We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, please inform us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange in a different color, size, or style, or provide store credit where applicable.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, not as described, or delivered later than the stated delivery date, you may return it unused, in its original packaging with tags intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or store credit accordingly.

Products once delivered are not eligible for refund, except in cases where the product is defective, spurious, incorrect, not as advertised, or delivered later than the stated delivery date.

In most cases, items can be exchanged for another product or issued as store credit.

Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in saleable condition to be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Damaged, worn, or soiled returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please inform our customer care team immediately if any product is delivered without tags.
- Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
- Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Where applicable, refunds will be issued only as store credit or a coupon code. Cash refunds are not offered.

Step 2: Wait for confirmation from our team before initiating the return.
Step 3: We will arrange a pickup through our courier partner Delhivery wherever possible. If pickup is unavailable at your address, you will need to self-ship the product to the address shared via email.
Step 4: Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging, and send it back to us.
International Orders
At present, returns or exchanges are not permitted for international orders, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
In exceptional cases, if the customer can facilitate the return of goods to an address in India (from where pickup can be arranged via Delhivery) within 90 days of delivery, we may assist with an exchange. International shipping charges may apply for sending the exchanged product.
