Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange in a different color, size, or style. In the rare case that your item is received in damaged or defective condition, or doesn’t match what you ordered, you can return it unused, in its original packaging with tags intact, for an exchange. Once we receive the returned item and confirm all conditions are met, we’ll promptly process your exchange or credit.
Please note:
- Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
- Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products are delivered without tags.
- All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
- No Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
- Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon or delivered later than stated delivery date.
- To return an item, the customer must write to us at ethnictrendsbyshaheen@gmail.com . Alternatively, the customer may WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91 9311852711, within 14 days of delivery of the shipment.
- Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner Delhivery. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request to self-ship it at our address.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.
Exchange Outside India
Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.
In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods in India, at an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner Delhivery, within 90 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires International shipping
