Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange an exchange in a different color, size, or style. In the rare case that your item is received in damaged or defective condition, or doesn’t match what you ordered, you can return it unused, in its original packaging with tags intact, for an exchange. Once we receive the returned item and confirm all conditions are met, we’ll promptly process your exchange or credit.

Please note:

1. Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
2. Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products are delivered without tags.
3. All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
4. No Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
5. Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon or delivered later than stated delivery date.

2. Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner Delhivery. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request to self-ship it at our address.
3. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.

Exchange Outside India

Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the product is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered.

In an exceptional case to case basis, if a customer can facilitate the return of goods in India, at an address from where a pickup can be arranged through our courier partner Delhivery, within 90 days from merchandise delivery, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for the customer. Shipping charges may be applicable in case, exchanged merchandise requires International shipping

About Our Delivery and Shipping Services

We provide shipping within India and to multiple locations outside India. We have tie-ups with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.

In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.

Further, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.

Summary of Shipping Charges

 Please see below a list of the shipping charges that may be levied on your order placed with us, basis the delivery location and preferred mode of payment:

• Shipping Charges for Delivery Within India
• We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid 
• The option to pay for your order at the time of delivery (“Cash on Delivery”) is available only in selected pin codes within India, and is subject to the order value cap of ₹7000.
• Please note that an additional charge of ₹150 is levied for Cash on Delivery payment orders.

Return and Exchange Policy

If your order isn’t quite right, let us know within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll happily exchange it for a different color, size, or style. Just return the item unused, with tags and original packaging, and once received, we’ll process your exchange or issue credit. Your satisfaction is our priority!
